logistic properties. In 2002 they were responsible for the development and construction of the
European DC of Tommy Hilfiger in Tegelen.
This is an investment of Aareal Eurologistics Fund
Aareal Asset Management GmbH is the Wiesbaden-based asset management
organisation of Aareal Bank AG with further locations in Milan, Amsterdam,
Paris, Stockholm and Luxembourg. It is dedicated to creating and managing
property investment funds for institutional investors. The Traveller DC at
Trade Port West in Venlo is placed in the Aareal EuroLogistics Fund, a
pan-European logistics fund with a strong geographic focus on growth spots
developing as the logistics industry moves to accommodate the expansion of the
European Union. The € 500 million Fund will target core Eurozone markets
including France and the Benelux.
